This quarter, students at Whitley County North Elementary School have been actively exploring a range of concepts, from color mixing to the connection between math and art. Students in grades 2-6 applied these skills by creating their own pixel art—first designing their pieces on a coordinate plane with a detailed list of ordered pairs for each pixel, and then bringing their designs to life.
