As we approach the midpoint of the school year, I am filled with pride reflecting on the many memorable moments that have brought our school community together. The first semester at Hopkins Elementary has been filled with spirit, learning, and celebration. Here are just a few highlights:

Open House: We kicked off the year with a fantastic Open House. It was wonderful to welcome so many families into our classrooms to meet teachers, tour our building, and set the tone for a year of partnership and growth.

Fall Festival & Homecoming: The Fall Festival and Homecoming events brought our community together for games, crafts, and school spirit. Thank you to our PTA and volunteers who made these events possible and memorable for all.

Multicultural Day: We celebrated the rich diversity of Hopkins with Multicultural Day. Students and families shared traditions, foods, and stories from around the world, fostering understanding and appreciation for our global community.

Veteran’s Day Program: Our students honored those who served through heartfelt songs, readings, and art during our Veteran’s Day Program. Thank you to our veterans and families for joining us in this meaningful tribute.

Second Grade Musical Performance: Our talented second graders dazzled the audience with their musical performance! Their hard work and creativity were evident, and we appreciate our music teachers and staff for their dedication.

Thank you to our students, families, and staff for making the first semester so special. I look forward to the continued growth, achievement, and joy that the rest of the year will bring.
